Our Story

Built on Trust, Driven by Expertise

ZF-HK was established in 2008 in Switzerland with a clear remit: to provide professional automotive distributors and workshop chains in underserved markets with reliable access to genuine tier-1 parts at competitive terms.

The aftermarket parts industry is not short of suppliers, but it is often short of those who combine deep product knowledge with operational integrity. From our first shipments of ZF transmission units and SACHS suspension components, we made a deliberate choice to work only with authorised channels — a commitment that has defined every relationship we have built since.

Today ZF-HK maintains active trade relationships across Western and Eastern Europe, Northern Africa and Central Asia. Our client base includes national distributors, fleet management companies, independent workshop groups and specialist rebuild centres. What unites them is a preference for doing business the right way: traceable goods, accurate documentation and partners who answer the phone.

Milestones
2008
ZF-HK incorporated in Switzerland. First supply agreements for ZF automatic transmissions and SACHS shock absorbers.
2011
Expanded lubricants portfolio with Shell and Fuchs drum programmes. First IBC deliveries to Eastern European clients.
2014
Reached 20-country footprint. Added MANN+HUMMEL, Hengst and Elring filtration & sealing product lines.
2017
Signed framework agreements for North African market entry. Logistics infrastructure upgraded to handle multi-modal export shipments.
2020
Extended coverage to Central Asia. Added Knorr-Bremse, ATE and Schaeffler product lines to the portfolio.
2024
Active presence in 41 countries. 22+ brand partnerships. Ongoing investment in compliance and documentation infrastructure.

Supply Chain

How We Work

All goods are sourced exclusively from authorised distributors and manufacturer-approved channels within the EU. We do not purchase from parallel importers or third-party brokers operating outside the official supply chain. Prior to dispatch, orders are verified against manufacturer serial data and accompanied by relevant conformity documentation. Export shipments include EUR.1 movement certificates, packing lists and all destination-country compliance paperwork.
